Utada Hikaru Iwashita Hikki Cubic U

Well, I gave my informative speech two days ago and today was the midterm exam. I forgot to post about my speech on the day that I gave it so since I took the midterm based on my evaluation of it, this blog can serve as posts for both days technically (since I would be talking about basically the same thing either day). I felt like I didn't prepare nearly as much as I should have. the only run through I did of my speech was before it was even complete. I had one version of it complete when I first came in with intentions of giving it, but we ran out of time in class before I gave it so I had some time to go over it and change what I wanted. I ended up redoing some of the outline and adding more to it and alot more to the video. My first video was about 2 and a half minutes, and my second version was over 5. I felt kinda wierd giving a speech about something I actually cared about for a change. Usually my brain is seperated into two main sections of mood- happy things mood, and school things mood. Mixing the two moods together was new and interesting. I've only ever been able to give a speech about something I liked on a rare few occasions. Those were in highschool. Not to sound obsessed over Utada Hikaru though...even though I am. haha I actually had it written in my notes to talk about all the obsessed nerds out there who love Utada and me not being excluded from that group. lol If anybody from class is reading this and wondered what I said at the end "Ima no watashi wa anata no shiranai iro." that was just a line from one of her songs meaning "Now I am your unknown color". I gotta go now. Sayonara!
